GOOD KNOWLEDGE, GOOD BOUNDARIES AND
GOODÂ RESPONSES
ONE PART OF YOU WISHES THE INTERNET AND VIDEO GAMES
WERE NEVER INVENTED...
ANOTHER PART OF YOU KNOWSÂ
THEY AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE
Screens are 100% part of your child's future.
So how do you achieve a good balance?
You’ve spent so much time devoted to your child’s well-being:
- Making sure they eat well
- Get enough sleep
- Make friends and socialize
- Get regular exercise and fresh air
- Respond supportively to their emotions and behaviors
- Monitor their time online and what they consume
Screens feel like a bombastic threat that could upset everything you’ve worked so hard to give them…
Your child already complains that every other kid in their class is online more than them…
They beg you for Minecraft…
When you ask them what they want to do for fun, it feels like the first thing they say is always “screentime,”Â
When you say “YES,” they are so excited but as soon as you say “time’s up!” the battles begin…Â
You have enough on your plate without policing this whole new mystifying landscape…
Â
BUT WAIT A MINUTE...
What if you had permission to stop stressing about screens because there are reliable ways to set boundaries around screen time and gaming you can all get behind?
A system that feels fair for you and your kids?
A simple system I’ve used in my own family, with strategies recommended by the World Health Organisation, and proven to work with families across the globe - for the last 30 years?
A way to build understanding and connection (not walls) around gaming and screen time, between you and your child...
A step-by-step process that reduces the worry, takes away the guesswork, and helps you set good limits when your child wants to get online...
YOU DON'T NEED COMPLICATED RULES
OR HOURS TOÂ LEARN THIS SYSTEM...
I KNOW PARENTS
 ARE BUSY ENOUGH...
Which is why I filled this course with good information - so you can get started - and finished! - quickly and start making changes in your family.

Save My SeatHere's the system you'll learn, in three clear steps...
 STEP 1
BOOT UP CONNECTION
I know from experience that conflict from screen time often comes when you have the least patience... Avoid that by making a solid plan to connect regularly over screen time, in as little as five minutes a session.Â
- How to approach a little shared screen time
- My step-by-step getting started guidelines
- Secrets on how to make this time successful for your and your child
After this implementing this, you'll see a whole new side to online time - and your child - that fosters ease and peace of mind.Â
STEPÂ 2
BUILD YOUR BONDING TIME
The nuts and bolts that brings out the sweet side of your child (even if their play looks like the opposite!)
- What to say and do during your screen time adventure
- What you can expect from your child in these special moments
- How to keep the mood light and joyfulÂ
Expect to gain a deeper appreciation of your child as your understanding of what and how they play deepens. It's an empowering ride that will bring you closer.Â
STEPÂ 3Â
POWER DOWN PEACEFULLY
It's time to end your session! But how? Learn how to manage bringing your time together to a close with warmth and cooperation.Â
- Understand the real and valid reasons kids resist ending gameplay
- Scripts to use in response
- Tips for post-gaming careÂ
From stuck to smiling! After this session, you'll have solid plan for managing gaming and screen time that you can use as a regular practice to check in and create connection with your little gamer.Â
Â
And stick around for question and answer time...Â
I can't wait to help you get unstuck around screen time and gaming. Â
HI, I'M VELMA
AKA Mama Mavel. I'm a proud mom of a gamer.
My son's aptitude for games was polar opposite to my own. In fact, I had only ever played Super Mario Brothers twice–as a 5th grader–and I always kept tight control of his online time.Â
Until he turned 8, and started begging for Minecraft. I know how baffling and frustrating it can be managing screen use and video games as kids get older.
So imagine my surprise when I discovered that instead of creating conflict games could actually bring us closer. Today gaming brings us both lots of joy and laughter.Â
After 5 years, I know what works - and I can't wait to share it with you.
See you inside?

- You want your child to be safe and secure online, and you aren’t sure how to make it happen
